Cavell has a number of business consulant roles across EMEA.  Consultants are highly experienced individuals with experience in defining service strategies and launching services in the Service Provider market

 
Responsibilities 
  • The Consultant would be responsible for driving projects with in customers across EMEA. Responsibilities range from shaping the Services Strategy for the customer down to a definition of how specific services can be launched in a customer’s key markets.
  • Other responsibilities include the definition of business models for major Real Estate Developments in the region.
  • The Consultant should be familiar with global trends in SP Services developments and operational models and needs to understand how a modern SP can differentiate itself from both local and global competitors.
  • Typical engagements / opportunities include Service Strategy Definition, Development of Country Books, Service Definition (including Financial Analysis), etc. for incumbent and new entrant SPs
 Skills:
  • Major skills are steering a wider team inside both the customer and our Network Vendor and driving decisions at customer top level as well as executive level communication inside Network vendor.  Excellent, high level Consulting skills are essential to this position
  • Experience in business and strategy development, partner engagement, project management, negotiation and risk assessment.
  • Able to identify and analyze market and service requirements, document and develop strategic recommendations, service portfolio and service commercial specifications.
  • Has demonstrated leadership skills and business experience in leading the development of services or products in highly competitive environments with multiple deployment partners.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of Service Provider business processes, Service solutions, business planning, and market analysis.
  • The Consultant will be mainly On Client Site during Engagement Therefore ability and willingness to travel is pivotal.
 
Education:
  • Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent with 10-12 years related experience or a MBA and 8 years related experience in Service Providers service development and management, project management, team development and program delivery in a high growth environment.
