Operational risk management assessment and developed a financial business case for a major Eastern European telco which was considering merging two of its main networks.

 
WiMAX Acquisition and Interim Management

Selected by a US-based client to finalize its acquisition of a Belgian company.  Cavell negotiated a smooth exit for minority shareholders with minimal disruption to the company’s ongoing operations.  Cavell continued in an interim management function, providing a managing director for the two acquired businesses.
