Voiceworks strengthens European growth strategy through merger with Swyx and Centile

Voiceworks has partnered with Waterland, an independent private equity investment company and the owners of German provider Swyx and French Vendor Centile. This merger continues to show their intent in becoming a pan- European Cloud comms provider as highlighted by Cavell earlier within the year when Waterland had acquired Swyx.

Based in the Netherlands, Voiceworks started in 2005 and is a provider of business unified communications, fixed-mobile integration services from the cloud and wholesale solutions.

Ceo and co-founder of Voiceworks, Stijn Nijhuis stated: ‘The strategic decision to continue with Waterland  as an investor builds on the’ buy & build ‘strategy that we have rolled out earlier. Together with Swyx and Waterland as a partner we will seize opportunities to accelerate our European growth strategy. To this end, we will proactively make acquisitions and tap into new growth markets’.
