With over 17 years of success in the European telecoms market, Craig is responsible for driving sales activities in EMEA. Prior to BroadSoft, Craig was responsible for worldwide sales at VoIP vendor Newport Networks and also held Executive VP roles at CoSine Communications.

Steve is a co-founder of SIPHON Networks Ltd and focuses on the overall strategy and direction of the company. Prior to setting up SIPHON, Steve held various Regional VP EMEA roles at VC funded technology companies such as NexTone (acquired by Genband) and Covergence (acquired by Acme Packet).
EMEAR Head of Collaboration
With over 15 years' experience, Andy is currently responsible for building the strategy and driving execution for Cisco's Collaboration architecture across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia through Cisco's Partners, as well as for the Commercial Mid-Market. Prior to that, he managed Business Transformation at Cisco.
Mark started several business to business companies in the internet and telecoms sector, some of which have been among the fastest growing technology companies in Europe for many years, Voys being one of them. Multi-award winning entrepreneur, he frequently speaks and writes about themes as entrepreneurship and works without management.
Florian studied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe and was already active during his studies as the authoritative developer of the successful webcontent management system webEdition at ASTARTE NEW MEDIA AG. In 2003, he founded Easywe GmbH, which has developed applications for companies such as DaimlerChrysler and Cardif Versicherungen.
Stijn started as an entrepreneur at the age of 19. His vision is to bring everybody within reach - with full control. He set out to create new ways of communicating and simplifying telephony and, to accomplish this, in 2005 he founded Voiceworks, now one of the leading Dutch telecom providers for the business market.

Florian Overkamp is founder and codirector of Speakup, one of the older Dutch VoIP based telecommunication providers, and is a board member of COIN, the Dutch number portability association. Florian has a background in computer science and has also cofounded Virtu, a datacenter company later sold to Equinix. He has a keen interest in how technology impacts society, and envisioning how tomorrow's technology can help us today.
Since joining Tollring as Commercial Director in 2007, Carl has helped to grow the business, having successfully won major supplier contracts for call analytics, call recording and fraud and credit management with global tier 1 carriers and service providers such as Mitel Networks, British Telecom, Vocus and Nextiva. Carl has been instrumental in strategic partner wins and driving sales globally.
VP - Kandy Consumer
Gabriel manages the Kandy consumer business, from opportunity to revenue recognition and customer satisfaction. He owns the roadmap and go-to-market for KANDY platform, GENBAND’s next generation PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) cloud for service providers, enterprise, system integrators and ISVs and fring - KANDY's turnkey CaaS (Communication as a Service) solution for communication service providers.

Sebastiaan is responsible for steering Polycom’s business in the Benelux region to drive profitable growth, and nurture the regional relationships with Polycom’s partners and customers. In addition, he supports Polycom’s strong partnership with the regional representatives of the company’s major business allies, such as Microsoft.
VP Product Management
Thomas drives Nexmo's product strategy, initiatives and processes Thomas was previously at Skype, where he scaled up billing and payments and led the transformation of Skype’s business operations. Thomas also worked in Lucent Technologies' Professional Services department, where he helped telcos optimize their customer and network assets.
With over 15 years of comprehensive telecommunication experience, in various geographies (DE, AT, HU, MENA region) and various positions (corporate strategy expertise and consultancy background), Judit joined immmr Ltd. in Sept. 2016. Owned 100% by Deutsche Telekom, the company is developing and provisioning a voice, video and messaging communication solution based on virtualized phone numbers, multi-device conformity and multi-numbers customer profiles.
Primarily responsible for sales and business development at Ask Roger!, he also works as a Solution Specialist Communications at Microsoft. Patrick enjoyed training in telematics and communication systems and also achieved various certifications such as MCSE and CCNA. For the past 20 years he held various roles within the ICT such as engineering, consulting, project management and after sales. He has experience in the development of Siemens, Cisco, Microsoft and Workstream People.

David joined Equinox in 1996 with a focus on sales and strategic planning. Since then he has worked with hundreds of carriers in the US and around the globe to develop and deploy innovative solutions to address their fraud management, mediation, and usage analytics needs. He continues in this role today, working closely with customers and developers to meet the ever changing needs of the telecom industry.

Ian has been at O2 for 5 years and has led the transformation of O2 into a fully-fledged “Mobile First” provider of UC and Comms propositions, driving innovation and launching disruptive services into the market. Prior to O2 Ian has been involved in both Internet and Voice industries, for a variety of start-up, consultancy and telco businesses, across Europe and the US.
Frank is an entrepreneur and has a background of founder and co-founder of telecom (and telecom related) companies in the Netherlands and Germany. Most of these companies has been sold successfully to international and/or incumbent operators in the past. He is currently CCO of Dean One, one of the leading telecom and internet Providers in the Netherlands and serves 600 resellers to offer VOIP and internet services to the SME market.

Working at AudioCodes for the past 15 years in multiple disciplines, today Guy Yaffe is responsible for the EMEA Service Provider Business Development program as well as the ALL IP program, and brings with him years of experience in the Telco industry.
