Cavell has been at the forefront of research on the Hosted VoIP and SIP Trunking markets in the UK since the formation of illume consulting in 2002. Matthew Townend has been researching and modelling the market since the inception of the Hosted VoIP market and added SIP Trunking research in 2008 as the market started to take off. Cavell produces a study on the Dutch market every year by conducting face-to-face interviews with Service Providers and using our online survey. This data is then used to build a picture of the market looking at various trends in pricing, market segment growth and market dynamics.
Any private data is used confidentially and individual Service Provider data is not shared to other Service Providers or Vendors or included our reports. Our research is not sponsored by any organisation and is conducted solely for the purpose of showing the total market picture instead of competitor analysis.
Every year Cavell gathers their data for the report by conducting interviews with Service Providers and using an online survey. We conduct our interviews face-to-face or over the phone.
