Job requirements:
| - Networking: Familiarity with TCP/IP addressing and configuration, Both in the LAN and WAN area. Specifically Cisco LAN switches and IPVPN/IPSEC knowledge a must.
- Ability to perform network troubleshooting, configuration and jointly work with customers towards a solution.
- Language: English (other European languages a plus)
- Cisco CCNP or a comparable educational level.
- At least 16 months working experience in this field
- A drive to learn, study and grow in this field. The Cavell Group encourages and supports candidates to achieve further certification in the IP networking field.

Knowledge:
| - Experience on configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring IP Networks
- IPVPN/IPSec knowledge
- Basic UNIX/LINUX knowledge

Skills:
| - Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn to use new software tools.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Team player - ability to work well in a close team environment
