Job requirements:
      
  • Networking: Familiarity with TCP/IP addressing and configuration, Both in the LAN and WAN area.  Specifically Cisco LAN switches and IPVPN/IPSEC knowledge a must.
  • Ability to perform network troubleshooting, configuration and jointly work with customers towards a solution.
  • Language: English (other European languages a plus)
  • Cisco CCNP or a comparable educational level.
  • At least 16 months working experience in this field
  • A drive to learn, study and grow in this field. The Cavell Group encourages and supports candidates to achieve further certification in the IP networking field. 
Knowledge:
      
  • Experience on configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring IP Networks
  • IPVPN/IPSec knowledge
  • Basic UNIX/LINUX knowledge
Skills:
      
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn to use new software tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Team player - ability to work well in a close team environment
