Engineering™ Boot Camp

Course Description:
This course is a four-day Boot Camp event, which covers all of the necessary topics to prepare a technical student to take the WiMAX Core Network Designer™ certification exam. The course is designed for engineers who will be implementing the core elements of a WiMAX network. They require knowledge of completed WiMAX Forum working group specifications and skills on appropriate engineering tools. We assume pre-requisite knowledge of IP networking. The course is primarily knowledge-based, with hands-on-laptop-based interactive labs and networkdesign exercises. At the end of the course, the successful student should have the skills to choose among design tradeoffs for a secure, efficient, high-performance core network
