The challenge
Operating a single network with two SD-WAN solutions brings many operational challenges so migration timeline should be minimised. Customer requested an accelerated migration timeline covering multiple time zones and doing up to seven migrations per day to accommodate.

Work closely with the client, technology vendor, and its outsourced managed partner to detail a migration plan and lead the site migrations.

10-day post migration operational ownership and responsibility for 24/7 support during that time.

Standardise and redevelop configuration templates to ensure a consistent and replicable approach for the site migrations.

Conduct migrations in five different languages across 5 continents.
