Assess current processes and approach for compliance to GDPR, minimise legal work from global law firm and gain assistance in fulfilling registration requirements.

  • Top-down business process assessment framework.

  • Conducting interviews with key teams.

  • Creating the record of processing (GDPR register) needed for compliance.

  • Recommending enhancements in procedures where required.

  • Creating draft text, particularly in terms of purposes and processors for contractual documents (Privacy notice, customer DPA, supplier contracts) that legal could then review/improve.

  • Aiding company to register and fulfil other administrative tasks.

  • Recommending local telecom law specialist firm.
